After spending a year on a community FIRST team that eventually disbanded, Krish saw just how few opportunities existed for students like him — and decided to start his own school team. He founded the club on two principles: constant mentorship and accessibility, breaking barriers through heavy fundraising, hands-on training, and taking on every administrative battle with the school himself.

Krish is the main reason this team even exists today. Through repeated pushback from the school over finances and facility use, he personally fundraised $19K by cold-emailing 1,000+ companies and securing grants — locking in financial security for the multiple teams he’s established.

His outreach has scaled fast: summer camps grew to 100+ members in just their second year, and three brand-new FTC teams launched this year alone in just his school — with over 8 more internationally as he quickly saw the opportunity for global expansion.
